How will the ongoing COVID-19 situation affect my order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on your location and the availability of the items in your order in our nearby warehouses. We suggest you take a look at our Shipping Information.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped out every day from Monday-Friday. We do not ship out orders during the weekend. Your shipping confirmation will be sent, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Please note, that processing times are 1-3 business days. 

I ordered multiple things, but only one of them arrived.

That rarely happens, but if it does, that means we ran out of stock in our warehouse and we had to ship it from another one. Don't worry the rest of your order is on its way to you! 

The tracking number shows that my package has not moved for more than 10 days.

If you notice that your package is not moving for a longer period of time, please contact us right away and our team will look into that for you. 

 

Do you ship to my country and how much will it cost me?

We ship to almost every country in the world.

Does your apparel fit true to size?

Our apparel is tailored to fit true to size, but we suggest you to check the Size & Fit. If you hesitate between two sizes you can either contact us at support@activeonewear.com or choose the larger size!

How can I return an item that I bought from your store?

How can I cancel my order?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your funds will be issued to the original method of payment, within 48 hours. Priority and Insured Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

This can only happen in the instance of the customer entering wrong information about their email address or the mail confirmations end up in folders such as promotions, junk etc. Please check all of your mail folders to see if your confirmation got misplaced, and if you haven’t received it, please contact us and we will help you fix this problem!
