Shipping Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping option, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

      • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. 
        • Priority Processing: 1-2 business days
        • Regular Processing: 2-5 business days

      • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for orders to be shipped from our warehouse to its destination.

        • United States3-15 business days
        • United Kingdom 5-15 business days
        • EU Countries 5-15 business days
        • Australia 7-15 business days
        • Asia 5-15 business days
        • Canada 10-15 business days
        • New Zealand 10-15 business days
        • Rest of the World10-20 business days


          • Insured Shipping: In the events of a missing package or a damaged product, the customer will receive a free of charge re-send of their order and/or store credit in the value of their purchase.

          • Please make sure that your address is valid and enter as much delivery information as you can, otherwise carriers may return the order back to us and shipping time will be delayed.

          • In the events of delay in processing or shipping, orders placed with Insured Shipping can be resent if this delay interferes with the expected time frame of delivery.

          Protect Policy 

        •  Stolen (Marked as delivered)
          ● Can file 5-15 days after delivery date

          Lost (Stuck in transit)
          ● No Estimated Delivery Date (EDD): 7-30 days to file
          ● Estimated Delivery Date: EDD + 2 to 60 days
          ○ USPS, UPS, and FedEx typically provide EDD

          Damaged (In transit)
          ● 15 days max to file
          ● Photos required

          Not Covered:
          Fulfillment issues, Cosmetic damage, Anything outside of issue
          policy timeframes, Pre-shipment, Taxes, Duties, & Shipping on
          customer refunds

          Tracking shows package was delivered, but I haven't received it

          Once a package leaves our warehouse, ActiveOne does not claim any responsibility and issues with unsuccessful deliveries that are a subject of responsibility of the carrier. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered, ActiveOne cannot issue a refund under any circumstance. Any issues concerning this matter should be resolved between the customer and their local carrier that is used to deliver the package.



      • ActiveOne is NOT responsible for:

        • Delays with US Postal Service or any other National Carrier
        • International Duties or Customs Charges
        • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. 


        US Postal Service Guarantees

        • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for local postal services guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact support@activeonewear.com . We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if local postal services fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
