Returns & Refund Policy

At ActiveOne, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not support returns or exchanges if the size does not fit unless it is a quality issue. For instance, if the logo comes off or the item is damaged within 15-20 days of receipt, we will replace the product free of charge.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@activeonewear.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation or return period, regardless of the reason. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
